Refund policy


Thank you for shopping at Matcha Moments. We appreciate your trust in our products and services. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to assist you.
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at Matchamoments.ae@gmail.com with details and photos of the product. We will address the issue promptly and provide instructions on how to proceed.
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours prior to the dispatch of the shipment. Contact us at Matchamoments.ae@gmail.com with your order number to request a cancellation.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
